Jaccy currently works as a Specialist Advisor within the Anti-Financial Crime department at a tier 1 bank in Birmingham. Prior to this, Jaccy spent over 2 years working within the bank’s Financial Crime Investigations team, assisting with the provision of financial intelligence for law enforcement enquiries. She has sat on the UK’s Joint Money Laundering Intelligence Taskforce (JMLIT) Expert Working Group for Future Threats, a panel focusing on financial crime typologies and threats to the financial sector in the next 3-5 years. JMLIT assists banks and law enforcement to fill intelligence gaps where suspected money laundering crosses multiple financial institutions.

Prior to working in the banking sector, Jaccy spent 3 years as an Investigation Specialist at Amazon’s headquarters in London, looking into cases of online retail fraud, and forming an integral part of the company’s newly-created global Fraud Squad.

Jaccy was shortlisted as a finalist for the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce award of Future Face of Finance in both 2017 and 2018. She has also received the award of ‘Future Faces Ambassador 2018’ for being an outstanding advocate for the Chambers over the past year.
